As a board-certified holistic health practitioner and integrated nutrition health coach, I help individuals and corporate teams improve their lives by focusing on five key pillars: nutrition, exercise, spirituality, relationships, and career development. Whether you’re looking to boost your energy, find balance, strengthen connections, or gain clarity in your career, I’ll guide you with a personalized, integrative approach that supports long-term success and well-being.
My journey began at the world-renowned Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. Since then, I’ve earned certifications from leading programs including the Cleveland Clinic’s Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease Program, Dr. McDougall’s Starch Solution, and eCornell’s Plant-Based Nutrition Program. I also proudly serve on advisory boards for The Plantrician Project and Sun Chlorella. My coaching practice is recognized as a Blue Zones Project® Approved Organization, known for helping people live longer, healthier lives.
As a passionate athlete, I’ve competed in the IRONMAN World Championship in Hawaii and the Boston Marathon. I bring the same discipline and heart to my coaching, drawing on my daily practices of Bikram Yoga, Transcendental Meditation, and leading a vibrant plant-based community in Naples, Florida.
