My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.
I am a Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
I assist individuals and corporate teams in achieving their optimal health through healthy lifestyle choices regarding nutrition, exercise, spirituality, relationships, and careers. My extensive background in nutrition, exercise, spirituality, relationships, and career development allows me to offer a comprehensive approach to well-being.
- Education and Certifications: Graduate of the Insititute of Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching Program. Extensive training includes the Cleveland Clinic’s Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease Program, multiple certifications from eCornell including a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition, and certification as a facilitator of Appreciation at Work. My educational journey also includes Transcendental Meditation Programs, The MacDougall Program, and professional development through Landmark Worldwide.
- Professional Affiliations and Accreditation: A long-standing member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, affiliated with the TM Health Professionals Program, and certified by The American Association of Drugless Practitioners. I actively contribute to various advisory boards, including The Plantrician Project and Sun Chlorella’s Scientific Advisory Board.
- Community Leadership: I organize community events in Naples, Florida and am actively involved with the Blue Zones Project® as an OFFICIAL Blue Zones Approved Organization.
- Athletic Achievements: As an accomplished top competing triathlete, my athletic journey culminated in qualifying for and completing the IRONMAN World Championship in Hawaii, an event that stands as a pinnacle of triathlon achievements.

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
You’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.
